In the same year, it has become the New Zealand’s first ever company for introducing Adidas brand from Germany. In 1981, John opens his first shop in Wellington city with a name of Plimmer shoes. Besides, they have brought out their store in Christchurch in 2002, in Riccarton Mall on Christmas. In 2003, another store opens in Christchurch in Northlands Mall. From 2005, John’s eldest son has gone to look after the companionship. They have come with their first online store in 2008 with a launch of royalt.co.nz. In 2010, it opens another store in Palmerston North in The Square. In 2011, domain name of online store from royalt.co.nz has moved to shoeconnectrion.co.nz. Finally, in 2013, they have celebrated their 75^Th anniversary in the fashion footwear industry. They have celebrated their founder's 100th birthday in the same yr.
