A deposit of 15% of the total pass value is taken upon booking. You need to pay the full payment within 6 months of making a booking or 3 days prior to the commencement of travel. Your seat on the bus and itinerary will not be confirmed until full payment is received. The deposits that are made are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

They allow you to cancel your booking, however they will charge a cancellation fees, which may vary. In case of making the cancellation 8+ days before departure, they would charge you 35% of fare. If the cancellation is made, 3-7 days before departure, then they charge 50% of fare as cancellation fees. If you make a cancellation in less than 48 hours from the departure, you will have to pay 100% fare as the cancellation amount. The cancellation should be made with your original booking agent who may charge an additional amount.
